About the Project
- Join the most technologically advanced scientific institute researching AI in Poland. In this role, you will work at the absolute cutting edge of technology, solving highly complex problems with significant societal impact, particularly within the public administration sector. You will be part of an ambitious team pushing the boundaries of applied generative AI, creating innovative prototypes, and overcoming strict market constraints.
Your responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art (SOTA) generative AI and agentic systems
- Rapid prototyping of AI solutions, tailored specifically for the public administration sector, which is subject to strict regulatory and market constraints
- Deploying and running local models on limited computational resources, while actively optimizing systems across multiple dimensions
- Managing the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle for deployed Gen AI systems
- Applying a scientific approach to solve complex engineering problems using the latest technological advancements
Our Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a closely related field;
- Proven commercial experience as an AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on generative AI and LLM orchestration or serving tools;
- Required: hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs);
- Practical knowledge of industrial technologies used to build agent-based workflows and systems;
