EdgeCR Project

EdgeCR - Efficient and effective cell reprogramming with edge manipulation. Development of a scalable computational framework for identifying combinations of GRN (gene regulatory network) targets with node and edge perturbations, along with appropriate control strategies for effective and efficient CR (cell reprogramming), and its validation through a biological case study of astrocyte conversion to DAns (dopamine neurons).
